Return Policy
TWOO The Wise Old Owl is always happy and delighted to ship products that you love. If for some reason you wish to return or exchange your products, we will happily accept returns of unused merchandise in its original condition at the time of purchase. Please do not open the product if you do not wish to use as it disturbs the packing and loses the freshness.
For the items purchased on TWOO The Wise Old Owl, we offer a full refund (except gift wrapping and shipping expenses associated with the order) if returned in their original condition within 10 days of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For the items not purchased on TWOO The Wise Old Owl, including products purchased on other resellers of TWOO The Wise Old Owl, we accept returns according to the terms and conditions mentioned on the re-seller website, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition within 7 days.

Please note that the shipping cost of a returned item is at the expense of the customer. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

The information must include your name, address, phone number, the word 'refund', and original order number. As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit/debit card used to purchase the item. Please note, it takes an average of 4-5 business days to refund the amount.
Refunds (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchange (if applicable)

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
